Meet Our Leadership Team
Chad Davis.
President and CFO
Chad Davis is Red Rock's founder, President, and CFO. For more than two decades, he has paired business operations with financial stewardship, guiding tax and treasury functions, banking relationships, forecasting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. His leadership keeps financial decisions aligned with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements and the company's long-term health.
Before Red Rock, Chad held financial and consulting roles across government and private-sector organizations. He earned an MBA in Management from Troy University and a BS in Accounting from Western Kentucky University. He previously held CPA licenses in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
